Woin BD Terms & Conditions – Applicable to All Bettors

1 General Terms

Woin BD is an online betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you acknowledge the following:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to place bets.
• You are using Woin BD voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
• You do not reside in a country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• All information you have provided is true and accurate.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account.

Woin BD reserves the right to revoke any user's access to the platform at any time, for any reason — especially in cases where these Terms & Conditions have been violated.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with Woin BD, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. The details provided at registration will be used for identity verification (KYC) at a later stage.

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, or device are not permitted.
• Providing false or incorrect information during registration will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Prior to your first withdrawal, Woin BD may require you to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a copy of your National ID or passport and is a mandatory step to keep your account secure.

3 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on Woin BD can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT.
• Deposits are usually instant. If yours is delayed for any reason, please contact support.
• Only deposit from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using someone else's wallet may result in the transaction being cancelled.
• There are no processing fees on deposits.

Woin BD will never ask for your bank account number or credit card details directly. If you receive such a request, it may be fraudulent — please contact support immediately.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing from Woin BD is quick and straightforward, but the following rules apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 BDT.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile wallet used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals will not be processed without completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

If Woin BD detects any suspicious activity, it reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold during the investigation. If the investigation clears, the withdrawal will be approved.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Woin BD regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. To take advantage of these offers, the following conditions apply:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only and will expire if not used within the specified period.
• Woin BD reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to fraudulently claim bonuses will result in account termination.

6 Betting Rules

A set of general rules applies to all betting on Woin BD, across all sports and all markets:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Woin BD reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Woin BD is not liable for bets that fail to place due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each market.

In any betting dispute, Woin BD's official records and server logs are the final authority. Screenshots or other external evidence will not be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Woin BD:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for fraudulent gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Registering using a fake or stolen identity.

Any involvement in the above activities will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Woin BD may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed, or if false information is provided.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the user's own request.

To close your account, contact our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure. Note that withdrawals may be put on hold during an active investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

Woin BD is not liable for the following:

• Bets that fail to place or are delayed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals due to issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Account credential leaks resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from betting — betting is an inherently risky activity.
• Inability to access the platform during scheduled server maintenance.

Woin BD always strives to deliver the best service. However, technical issues cannot be entirely avoided. Any problems that arise will be resolved as quickly as possible.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

Woin BD reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified via registered email or platform notifications before changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you may request to close your account.
